IFS

The IFS (International Food Standards) standards were designed with the main aim of creating uniform criteria for food safety and quality required by German and UK distribution chains for the production of food they sell under "private labels". These standards focus on product safety, compliance with legislative requirements and the implementation of a quality management system. In addition, they have been developed to help organisations to meet the demands of their customers.
