When will my order arrive?
The link to track the order can be found in your inbox in the email we sent you confirming receipt of the order
Order Change
It is not possible to change an order that has already been paid for, because a tax document has been issued for it. Cash on delivery orders can be changed, please email us your order number and what goods you want to add.
I did not receive an order confirmation email
If you have not received an order confirmation email, first check your "Spam" or "Junk Mail" folder, where the email might have been mistakenly placed. If you find it, mark it as "Not Spam". Also, check the "Promotions" or "Bulk" folder, especially if you use Gmail or similar services. Verify the accuracy of the email address provided during the order – an error in the address could be the reason for non-delivery. If you still cannot find the email after these checks, do not hesitate to contact our customer support team, who will be happy to assist you.
