ClimateCare
ClimateCare has been operating since 1997 and is one of the oldest companies dedicated to reducing emissions. The group supports various projects around the planet, with the largest amount of funding invested in renewable energy, energy efficiency and reforestation. ClimateCare aims to minimize the environmental impact of our daily activities, particularly by reducing greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere.
ClimateCare's certification demonstrates that the carbon emissions released during the production of products have been simultaneously offset through a greenhouse gas reduction project, with the intention of slowing the rhythm of global climate change. The main purpose of the certification is to encourage energy efficient production methods that do not contribute to the release of carbon dioxide, while supporting programs that directly affect the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere. The main aim is to mitigate climate change and prevent global warming as much as possible.
To obtain certification, a company should support individual projects of ClimateCare. Certification is awarded as a confirmation of financial participation in projects that positively affect the global atmosphere. Companies are also suggested measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions during production. The award of certification therefore has a double impact on reducing emissions.
