The innovative laundry gel smells of natural lavender essential oil and is especially suitable for washing colored laundry. A higher proportion of plant-based surfactants and soap nut extract washes clothes even more effectively than before. It leaves the laundry soft, so fabric softeners are not needed. The refined formula is 99% natural and so gentle that it is suitable for families with small children and sensitive individuals. The concentrated formula saves money and nature, and its quality and full biodegradability in nature is guaranteed by the strict Ecogarantie® certification.

The concentrate is a great solution for you (you don't pay for unnecessary water) and for nature (less packaging and fuel for transport). One liter of gel is enough for up to 33 washes. The product is also available in larger, more economical packages.

99% of the gel's ingredients are sourced from nature. The gel is a great option for those who really care about the composition of laundry products. The effective formula relies on soap nut extract. Soap nuts contain saponin, a 100% natural surfactant that easily binds dirt. A new addition is an effective natural surfactant, alkyl polyglucoside, made from starches and oils.

Usage:

• For washing normally soiled laundry in the washing machine or by hand.
• Particularly suitable for colored laundry (does not contain bleaching agents).
• Can also be used for washing black laundry, fleece materials, and cloth diapers.

Hand washing: Use 15 ml for the wash bath (half a cap of a one-liter bottle).

The gel is effective from 30 ºC for light washing. If the material allows, wash at least at 40 ºC. Sweat and grease dissolve better then.

• Washing heavily soiled colorfast laundry:
  • Soak heavily soiled colorfast laundry before washing. Dissolve 1-2 tablespoons of Puer – bleaching powder and stain remover based on oxygen in warm water and leave the laundry soaked (preferably) overnight.
• For white laundry:
  • Add 1-2 tablespoons of Puer – bleaching powder and stain remover based on oxygen and wash at least at 55 ºC.
• For stains:
  • Treat stains before washing with Gall soap for washing or Olive soap with lemon extract for stains (vegan option).
• Rinsing:
  • Use a laundry rinse aid. It removes detergent residues and thus prevents skin irritation.

FAQ:

LAUNDRY WASHED IN SOAP NUT GEL SMELLS LESS THAN WITH COMMON PRODUCTS. WHY?

We use only natural essential oils in detergents (and other products), which are volatile and do not last long in laundry. Anything that perfumes laundry for a longer time is synthetic in origin, and these scents are potential allergens. We want to avoid this, and we prefer not to have perfumed laundry after washing.

WHY ARE SOAP NUT GELS SUITABLE FOR WASHING FROM 40 °C? ISN'T WASHING AT LOWER TEMPERATURES MORE ECOLOGICAL?

Washing in cold water requires much more chemistry (or mechanical work), and you only save a few cents on water heating. The missing degrees of temperature need to be compensated in another way for satisfactory results. Washing laundry at a low temperature, specifically at 30 °C and lower, means that dirt does not dissolve with heat and must be broken down chemically. Especially body fats do not dissolve in cold water since body temperature is 37 °C. Therefore, it is advisable to wash at least at 40 °C.

HOW SHOULD I WASH GARMENTS LABELLED TO BE WASHED AT A LOWER TEMPERATURE THAN 40 °C?

The material from which the garment is made is either natural (cotton, linen, wool, silk) or synthetic, with blends being common. Synthetic materials and blends are usually washed at 40 °C (or according to the manufacturer's recommendation). Cotton and linen can be washed at higher temperatures. Wool and silk should be washed separately and with the gentlest possible preparations, such as Soap Nuts or Ground Olive Soap for washing.

WILL SOAP NUT GEL DAMAGE THE COLORS OF THE LAUNDRY?

Soap nut laundry gels are very gentle on colors because they do not contain bleaching agents.
