Usage:

Regular use of the shampoo promotes hair growth, adds volume, and improves the natural hair texture.

Mix approximately 2-3 tablespoons of the powder (depending on hair length and thickness; one heaped tablespoon is enough for chin-length hair) with warm water into a smooth paste. Wash your hair with water as you normally would. Then, apply the paste to the scalp and throughout the hair, massage it in like a shampoo and let it sit.

If you let the herbs sit longer, the shampoo's effect will intensify, but it works just as well if you rinse it almost immediately, as you would with other shampoos. Then, rinse thoroughly with water until the water runs clear (since it's plant-based, it might color a bit. :-)) Ritha can be excellently combined with Amla conditioner.

Usage as an intensive hair treatment:

20-30 g of powder for short hair

40-60 g of powder for shoulder-length hair

70-100 g of powder for long hair

• Mix the optimal amount of powder with hot water in a 1:3 ratio (1 part powder to 3 parts water).
• You can add water or powder as needed to achieve a consistency similar to yogurt or ketchup.
• Always apply the treatment immediately after mixing to washed and slightly dried hair (it can be damp or even dry, but must be washed).
• It shouldn't be completely hot (so you don't scald your scalp), but the warmer it is when applied to the hair, the better.
• Let it sit ideally for 60 minutes.
• After the desired duration, rinse under warm running water until the water runs clear.
• Repeat as needed, ideally at least once a month.
