This is sodium percarbonate, which is a form of washing soda (sodium carbonate), enriched with oxygen. When exposed to heat and moisture, the oxygen is released, forming hydrogen peroxide, which has disinfecting and bleaching effects. Upon heating, sodium percarbonate decomposes in water into soda, water, and oxygen, meaning it is completely biodegradable and can be safely used in water treatment systems or septic tanks.

Puer is a fully biodegradable oxygen-based bleaching powder suitable for washing white laundry with soap nuts.
It brightens dingy whites and prevents graying. It can be used as a stain remover for colorfast laundry. It has antimicrobial effects.

Usage:

How to use: PUER is effective at temperatures of 40°C and above.

For washing:

• Washing white laundry in a machine: Add 1-2 tablespoons to the dispenser along with the detergent.

• Soaking heavily soiled laundry: Dissolve 1-2 tablespoons of powder in warm water (about 10 liters), leave the laundry soaked, ideally overnight.

For cleaning:

Cleaning the toilet:

1. Pour a kettle of hot water into the bowl (the water should be hot as the powder will not dissolve in cold water) and sprinkle 1-2 tablespoons of PUER powder.
2. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes to dissolve, then clean the bowl with a brush.
3. If there is limescale buildup, leave the mixture overnight and add a tablespoon of Tierra Verde Limescale Remover or half a cup of warm vinegar to enhance the cleaning effect.
4. If old deposits in the toilet cannot be removed, repeat the process and possibly use mechanical force, such as a glove and a plastic scrubber.

Cleaning sink, basin, and tub drains:

1. Pour 1-2 tablespoons of PUER powder into the drain and add a cup of warm vinegar.
2. The vinegar and powder will create foam and dissolve greasy deposits.
3. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes and then rinse with warm water.

Heavily soiled bathtubs and sinks, removal of bathroom mold:

1. Sprinkle the powder on the affected areas and add warm water.
2. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
3. Then scrub and rinse with clean water.
