The concentrated solid shampoo DANDRUFF CONTROL from the Solution by Kvitok® collection is designed for intensive and gentle cleansing of hair and scalp. It focuses on thoroughly cleansing the scalp of accumulated sebum and flaking skin, while also aiding in hydration and strengthening its defenses.

Thanks to the content of gentle enzymes from pomegranate, it helps improve skin microcirculation, removes accumulated impurities, flaking skin, and sebum, thereby preventing clogging of hair follicles. With clinically tested plant keratin complex and plant conditioner, it enhances hair hydration, strengthens its structure, and aids in repairing hair at the onset of damage.

With the clinically tested ingredient Aquacacteen combined with the prebiotic complex preBIULIN AGA, it soothes and aids in hydrating and protecting the skin.

Dandruff can arise from various causes. Most commonly, it is caused by the yeast Malassezia, which is part of the normal skin flora and typically does not cause any problems. The shedding of dead skin cells occurs all over our body and is completely normal. These cells are not visible to the naked eye. However, an overgrowth of this yeast causes a faster turnover of cells on the scalp, causing them to clump into larger groups and become visible not only on clothing but also in hair.

The scalp often becomes itchy, and scratching can lead to more dandruff, irritation, redness, and even infections. Recent research suggests that dandruff may be linked to an imbalance in the skin's microflora, which involves a balanced growth of bacteria and yeasts. In cases of psoriasis or seborrheic dermatitis, it is not due to yeast overgrowth.

Other causes include insufficient rinsing of cosmetic products from the skin, aggressive degreasing agents in shampoos, or harsh treatment of the scalp (combing, hot air, and other adverse external influences). In such cases, changing the shampoo and eliminating bad habits can help. Solid shampoos are small, lightweight, and easily portable, do not contain water, and thus do not require the addition of traditional preservatives, providing a long shelf life. They are fully and easily biodegradable and do not burden the environment. This shampoo contains conditioning ingredients, but they do not form a full-fledged conditioning system, so if additional hair protection is needed, we recommend using the shampoo in combination with a conditioner.

The key active ingredients ensuring skin cleansing and hydration are gentle pomegranate enzymes and clinically tested substances Aquacacteen and preBIULIN AGA. To improve hair quality, they are complemented by clinically tested active ingredients Keraguard, a plant keratin complex, plant conditioner, and plant ceramides.

Pomegranate enzymes, with regular use, very gently and effectively remove dead cells, bacteria, sebum, and impurities from the skin. Fermented pomegranate enzymes are obtained by fermenting unused residual pulp. Pomegranates contain proteolytic enzymes that have a keratolytic effect and help gently break down proteins accumulated on the body's skin, hair, and scalp, removing accumulated dead cells, bacteria, and sebum. Pomegranates also contain chlorogenic acid, which has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. Exfoliating the skin creates an optimal environment for healthy hair growth.

Clinically tested active ingredient Aquacacteen—an extract from the Mexican prickly pear cactus—soothes irritated skin, reduces redness and itching. It protects and strengthens the skin after UV exposure. It provides water-binding substances to the skin, ensuring long-lasting hydration, firmer, and more vital skin, even after rinsing.

Usage:

The Prebiotic Solid Shampoo with Anti-Pollution Protection Dandruff Control is intended for: excessive sebum production, oily dandruff, seborrhea, clogging of hair follicles, colored hair.

Gently rub the shampoo over wet hair, lather with fingers, leave for a while, and rinse with water. You can also create foam by rubbing the shampoo in your hands, apply it to wet hair, and lather with fingers. If necessary, we recommend repeating the process. If you use styling products or are in a dusty environment, we recommend repeating the process.

The shampoo does not contain water and is concentrated, so a very small amount is sufficient to create a rich lather. If you cannot lather the shampoo well in your hair, the hair is likely not wet enough. Try wetting them more. No acidic rinse is required after use, as it is not a soap-based shampoo.

Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, irritated and injured skin. In case of eye contact, rinse with water. Intended for external use only.

50 g of shampoo lasts approximately 35 uses (depending on hair length and thickness). Small pieces left after use can be dissolved in water and used for washing hair. If more accumulate, they can be heated and combined together.
