This 100% natural concentrated shampoo with conditioner from Kvitok is suitable for all hair types. However, its effects are particularly appreciated by those troubled by dandruff. Thanks to carefully selected ingredients, it regulates sebum production and works against their formation. The included moringa powder promotes blood circulation in the scalp and acts as an antibacterial agent.

We note that in many cases, dandruff problems are associated with hormonal changes, insufficient washing out of shampoos or styling products, or also a lack of vitamins. In all these cases, the shampoo provides supportive and quality care.

This shampoo also contains conditioning ingredients, however, they do not form a full conditioning system. Therefore, if you require increased hair protection, we recommend using the shampoo in conjunction with a conditioner.

Dandruff occurs due to various reasons. It is most commonly caused by a yeast that is part of the normal skin flora and usually does not cause any problem. The shedding of dead skin cells occurs all over our body, and it is completely normal. These cells are not visible to the naked eye. However, an overgrowth of this yeast causes a faster cell turnover on the scalp, and the cells clump into larger groups, becoming visible not only on clothing but also in hair.

The scalp then often itches, and scratching only leads to more dandruff, irritation, redness, and even infections.
In cases of psoriasis or seborrheic dermatitis, it is not an overgrowth of yeast. Other causes include insufficient washing out of cosmetic products from the skin, aggressive degreasing agents in shampoos, or aggressive behavior towards the skin (combing, hot air, and other adverse external influences). In such cases, changing the shampoo and eliminating bad habits helps.

However, if the problem is, for example, hormonal imbalance, vitamin deficiency (especially vitamin B), or neurological disorders, shampoos, regardless of the brand, naturally do not have the reach to solve this problem.
Solid shampoos can entirely replace traditional liquid shampoos, are milder, do not contain aggressive surfactants that dry and irritate the skin, such as SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate), SLES (sodium laureth sulfate), silicones, or synthetic fragrances and dyes.

Shampoos do not contain water, and therefore do not require the addition of traditional preservatives. They are fully and easily biodegradable and do not burden the environment.
They contain natural ingredients such as chamomile hydrosol, shea butter, essential oils, or herbal extracts.
These are so-called syndets – shampoos based on mild plant surfactants derived from coconut oil (SCI and SLSA), they are not soap-based shampoos, after which an acidic rinse is needed.

Thanks to the mild surfactants, they effectively remove dirt and grease from hair and scalp. They create a rich lather and are suitable for use in both soft and hard water.
We have enriched the shampoos with a natural conditioning ingredient – inulin, which smooths and maintains hydration of the hair and scalp.

The new formula also contains a so-called plant keratin complex – a mixture of corn, wheat, and soy protein. This is a plant-based vegan alternative to the classic keratin commonly used in hair cosmetics, replacing the original rice protein in the recipe. Hydrolyzed proteins have smaller molecules that penetrate the hair better (specifically the cuticle). In our body, they are key components often referred to as NMF (natural moisturizing factor). These compounds are responsible for maintaining moisture and skin elasticity by attracting and retaining water.

Thanks to the trio of plant proteins, this complex improves hair hydration, strengthens structure, protects against drying, adds softness and shine, prevents brittleness and splitting. It provides hair protection against adverse external influences, helps seal the hair when splitting and cuticle damage begins, increases their strength and elasticity. It visibly improves hair quality, making it less tangled and more hydrated.
All shampoos also contain panthenol (provitamin B5), which improves hair quality, increases shine, and reduces hair brittleness.
Glycerin, shea butter – prevent drying of the scalp.

Usage:

The shampoo can be used multiple times. Simply rub it on wet hair, lather with your fingers, and rinse (as we are used to when washing hair with liquid shampoo). You can also create foam by rubbing the shampoo in your hands, apply it to wet hair, and lather with your fingers.

The shampoo does not contain water and is concentrated, so a really small amount is sufficient to create rich foam. If you can't lather the shampoo in your hair enough, it is likely that the hair is not wet enough. Try wetting them more.
After use, an acidic rinse is not necessary, as this is not a soap-based shampoo.
25 g of shampoo lasts about 15 uses, 50 g of shampoo lasts about 35 uses (depending on hair length and density).

Store in a dry place, ideally in a soap dish.

Small pieces that remain after use can be dissolved in water and used for washing hair. If more accumulate, you can heat and combine them together.
