Serum combines the benefits of bakuchiol and a base oil – olive squalane.
Bakuchiol naturally occurs in the seeds and leaves of the plant Psoralea Corylifolia. It is a great plant-based alternative to retinol (vitamin A), which is not suitable for use during pregnancy or if you have sensitive skin, as it can cause negative side effects such as irritation or increased photosensitivity. When first using retinol, you may also experience burning, itching, redness, and increased skin sensitivity. There is also an increased turnover of skin cells, and the skin may peel.

These risks do not apply to bakuchiol, and at the same time, you do not lose the benefits of retinol, such as stimulating collagen and elastin production, firming facial contours, smoothing out wrinkles, or lightening pigmentation spots.
The active ingredient Bakuchiol content is 1%, which is the maximum possible concentration.

Clinical studies have shown that bakuchiol stimulates collagen production without the negative effects of retinol, improves skin elasticity, reduces fine lines, stimulates cell renewal, and is also very effective in reducing inflammatory processes and acne.
Bakuchiol effectively inhibits the activity of the enzyme 5-alpha-reductase, whose excessive activity causes excessive sebum production, leading to clogged pores and excessive bacterial growth, which results in increased inflammatory processes, infections, and acne.

Olive squalane, which is the carrier for bakuchiol, helps restore the skin's protective film, protects it from moisture loss, is easily absorbed, and is very stable against oxidation. It helps stimulate skin cell renewal, is hypoallergenic, and ideal for people with sensitive skin and skin prone to allergies. It is very compatible with the skin's natural protective film and, thanks to its strong antioxidant properties, protects the skin and minimizes wrinkle formation. Unlike olive oil, squalane's comedogenicity is at a minimal level, it does not clog pores, making it suitable for problematic skin. It is easily absorbed and leaves the skin with a velvety feel.

This facial serum is part of a collection of facial serums that has a simple composition and therefore contains only one key active ingredient, allowing you to easily incorporate it into your regular skincare routine and even combine multiple serums at once.

Vitamin E supports skin healing, improves skin elasticity, and, thanks to its antioxidant action, protects the skin from the negative effects of free radicals from the external environment.

Usage:

On cleansed, toned, and slightly damp skin, apply 2-3 drops of facial serum and massage into the skin (face, neck, and décolleté areas). After absorption, always apply a facial cream according to your skin type.

With 6 weeks of regular application, bakuchiol can significantly reduce acne caused by bacterial overgrowth due to sebum overproduction.

The serum is suitable for all skin types, especially for mature and problematic skin with acne. You can use the serum alone or add it, for example, to a favorite mask.
