A high concentration of fermented acerola – a fruit rich in natural Vitamin C, is enhanced by a liposomal form of Vitamin C, which is more stable and well-tolerated by the skin even at higher concentrations. Encapsulation of Vitamin C in liposomes allows for better distribution into the skin. Vitamin C is particularly sought after for its anti-aging properties and is a powerful antioxidant.

The serum combines the benefits of Vitamin C and a basic aqueous phase – rose water.

Vitamin C is well-known in the cosmetic industry primarily for its antioxidant effects. It helps prevent signs of skin aging, such as loss of elasticity, pigmentation spots, fine lines, and wrinkles, dull, sagging, and lifeless-looking skin. It plays an important role in the production of collagen, which improves skin hydration retention. It complements hyaluronic acid or collagen very well.

In cosmetic products, it is found in various forms that differ in stability, efficacy, and potential for skin irritation.

Our Vitamin C serum contains 2 forms. The first is natural Vitamin C obtained by biofermentation of acerola, a fruit with a high natural Vitamin C content and therefore strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Acerola is a completely natural alternative source of Vitamin C and the Vitamin C content is 65 times higher than in oranges, and it is not a citrus fruit.

The second form is liposomal Vitamin C, prepared by dispersing liquid Vitamin C into a liposome. Its encapsulation allows for better distribution into the skin, and this form is more stable, less prone to oxidation (since liposomes protect Vitamin C from UV degradation or temperature changes). This form is well tolerated by the skin even at higher concentrations, allowing it to be more effective.

Additionally, the ascorbyl palmitate contained in the liposomal form is a stable form of Vitamin C with long-lasting effects and absorbs faster into the skin. It is not one of the irritating forms, quite the opposite, it is usually well-tolerated even by the most sensitive skin.

The concentration of the liposomal form is 10%, as is the fermented acerola, which is also at a 10% concentration.

Damask Rose Floral Water (organic): Maintains skin pH, hydrates, stimulates regenerative processes, has anti-inflammatory effects. Refreshes, soothes redness, and allergic skin reactions.

Usage

On cleansed, toned, and slightly damp skin, apply 2-3 drops of the facial serum and massage into the skin (face, neck, and décolleté areas). Always apply a facial cream according to your skin type after absorption. The color of this serum is light orange due to the acerola content. This is not oxidation of Vitamin C.
