How to use Magnesium Flakes:

Bath:

Fill the bath with warm water (ideal temperature around 38°C).

Add 250 g (approximately 2 cups) of flakes to the tub.

The flakes will dissolve in a few minutes.

Submerge in the bath and relax for at least 20 minutes.

Rinse with clean water after the bath.

Footbath:

Fill the lavor with warm water (enough to immerse your feet).

Add 150 g (approximately 1 cup) of flakes to the bath.

Submerge your feet in the bath and relax for 20 minutes.

After the bath, rinse your feet with clean water.

Tips:
