Usage:

Bath Instructions: Fill the bathtub with warm water and add Epsom salt. For every 25-30 kg of your weight, use 0.5 cup (1dcl) of Epsom salt. We recommend setting aside at least 40 minutes for the bath for maximum toxin elimination and mineral absorption from the water.

Scrub: You can also use this salt as a full-body scrub. Apply the necessary amount to your body and massage in circular motions for exfoliation and skin detoxification.

• Fill the bathtub with warm water (ideal temperature around 38 °C).
