In Brno, this handy pouch is sewn to accommodate even a head of lettuce and takes excellent care of other types of vegetables, especially root vegetables. It delights lovers of fresh vegetables and opponents of waste. It has become an absolute hit in our households!

If you don't have a cellar at home where vegetables would last longer, these pouches will help you. The unique fabric from bamboo terry and organic cotton excellently absorbs water. In the moist pouch, vegetables thrive and stay fresh much longer than with other storage methods.

Usage:

• Wash it before first use.
• It may shrink a little, up to 15%.
• Soak the pouch in water and wring it out.
• It should be damp without dripping water.
• Place the vegetables in it and store it in the fridge or another cool place.
• Keep the pouch moist, check the stored vegetables daily, and dampen the pouch as needed.
• Wash the pouch as you see fit.
• Ideally every week or once every two weeks.
• Set the washing temperature to at least 40 °C, increase to 60 °C for heavier soiling. For eco-friendly washing, you can use Washing Gel from soap nuts or Washing Powder from soap nuts for white laundry. You can treat stains with Olive Soap before washing. Do not use fabric softener for washing as it reduces the absorbency of the fibers. Instead, we recommend Laundry Rinse.
