Rosemary essential oil (Rosmarinus officinalis) is among the strongest. It is obtained by distilling the fragrant stems and leaves of the well-known Mediterranean shrub, which in its native land grows up to two meters tall.

Inhaling rosemary essential oil provides a feeling of energy, increases concentration, and encourages engagement in mental activities. It's perfect whenever you need a sense of freshness and stamina. This essential oil provides impulses for activity and is traditionally believed to have significant effects on boosting self-confidence.

Usage:

Dosage for adults:

Add 9 drops of oil to an aroma lamp or diffuser to scent approximately 100 m². For body cosmetics and massage oils, add no more than 3 drops to 10 ml of vegetable oil or cream. For pregnant women, sensitive individuals, and older children, use lower dosages. For children under 2 years, we recommend using oils only for inhalation and in small amounts.

Tip from an aromatherapist: This essential oil can be used for inhalation in blends with more oils, but for adults, do not use more than double the amount. The oil evaporates quickly, so add drops to the aroma lamp and diffuser more frequently. It's a joy!

How to use: In aromatherapy, this oil is considered very safe. No contraindications are known, and it is also suitable for children. However, it's generally advisable to avoid using essential oils on the skin of infants (under 2 years).

The only risk is using oxidized oil, which can irritate the skin. When applying to a specific spot on the body, use only fresh oil, no older than 1 year. Store the oil in a cool place away from direct sunlight in a well-sealed bottle. Do not open the bottle too often, as the oil reacts with air and can oxidize.

BIO Orange essential oil should be used within 2 years of purchase. After this period, it's recommended not to use the oil therapeutically, but it can still be used, for example, in making household cleaning products, like cleaning kitchen surfaces.
