Under the cap of a BIO quality essential oil bottle lies the wonderful scent of a pine forest. The fresh aroma of pine needles helps relieve cold symptoms and is especially beneficial for the respiratory system during the colder months.

The essential oil with EcoGarantie certification stimulates and sharpens the senses, strengthens during fatigue, and helps with stress and low mood. You can use it as a fragrant additive in laundry or cleaning products, it will scent the entire house in an aroma lamp, and you can also enjoy it in an oil massage or a relaxing bath.

Usage:

• Place the bottle of essential oil in a container with a sufficient amount of warm water (up to 40 °C) to influence the oil's temperature.
• Unscrew the cap to allow for expansion during heating and be careful not to let water enter the bottle.
• Let it warm for about 15–20 minutes, replacing the water as needed if it cools.
• Continue heating until the oil reaches the right consistency for your use.
• Different oils require varying amounts of time to liquefy, partly depending on how solid they are and their ability to soften.
• A dropper pipette might be useful for further dosing.
• If using a dropper pipette that screws onto the bottle, ensure the essential oil does not get into the threads or seal, so clean the bottle rim thoroughly before resealing and ensure the bottle does not tip over during storage.
• In an aroma lamp (3-5 drops) or diffuser.
• For massage in combination with vegetable oils (6 drops into 30 ml of oil).
• To freshen bathrooms, toilets, and sweaty clothes (you can add pine essential oil to an unscented Soap Nut Laundry Gel or drop it on a bag of soap nuts).
• Do not use essential oil internally or undiluted on the skin, protect eyes, and keep away from children.
• Also consider whether you might have an allergy.
• Natural plant extracts can, like any other substances, trigger reactions.
