Liquid soap stands out for its practicality and ease of use, which you'll appreciate especially in environments where solid soap may be less aesthetically pleasing or hygienic, such as larger groups.

Our liquid soap is inspired by nature and its base ingredient is soapnut extract, obtained through a gentle cold extraction method. Soap nuts come from the foothills of the Himalayas in northern India and contain natural saponins. They have been used for centuries by local people for laundry and body cleansing. Due to their mildness, soap nuts are also suitable for allergy sufferers, eczema sufferers and young children.

Our soap has passed the dermatological testing of the National Institute of Health and is suitable for use in humans. It does not contain petroleum derivatives, synthetic fragrances or dyes.

Please note the possible sensitivity of some people to rosemary extract.

Environmental and ethical properties of soapnuts

Our nuts come from wild-grown trees, so they are not grown on plantations that can be a burden on the local landscape. They are harvested by local women, ensuring their livelihoods and supporting their independence. We maintain regular contact with our suppliers.

Although we transport the raw materials over longer distances, we do so by shipping instead of air, minimizing our ecological footprint. We recycle the boxes the nuts come in for reuse. By buying nuts, we contribute to the development of regions in the third world, supporting their economies.
