Laundry Gel for washing at 20-60 °C. Suitable for all textiles made of cotton, linen, hemp, and textile blends. Not suitable for wool and silk. With a mint and lemon scent.

Usage:

Dosage: for 4.5 kg of laundry. For hand washing: 40 ml per 5 liters of water.

Machine washing: soft water: 40-80 ml; medium-hard water: 50-90 ml; hard water: 80-120 ml.

The entire package is recyclable.

Origin and Properties of Individual Ingredients:

Soap, sugar surfactant, and coconut oil derivatives in this liquid laundry detergent reinforce and complement each other. In the soap production, rapeseed oil from organic farming is saponified using potassium lye through a special process without external heat input.

Soap as an active washing agent uniquely combines all the necessary properties for the washing process of wetting dirt, dissolving, and carrying it. In this effect, soap is enhanced by sugar surfactant and coconut oil derivatives, which are obtained from purely plant-based raw materials of sugar, starch, and coconut fat through chemical transformations using acids.

At the same time, this combination eliminates the disadvantage of soap, which is the formation of calcium soap that can deposit on laundry if the fabric softener is inaccurately dosed. Alcohol, obtained by fermenting plant starches, serves to keep the detergent in a liquid state, allowing a high concentration of active cleaning agent.

Biodegradability:

Soap from vegetable oils has the unique feature compared to all other cleaning agents that immediately after use, it combines with the calcium always present in wastewater to form calcium soap and thus neutralizes itself in its surface effect on aquatic organisms (primary degradation). Calcium soap is then 100% broken down by microorganisms into carbon dioxide and water (secondary degradation).

In the process of producing sugar surfactants and coconut oil derivatives, parts are obtained from plant-based raw materials of starch, sugar, and fat, which remain fully preserved in their natural structure. Therefore, it is easy for microorganisms to fully degrade these surfactants. Soap, sugar surfactants, and coconut oil derivatives are considered by the OECD to be easily biodegradable.
