Gold - part of the bristles is impregnated with real gold particles, which have naturally antibacterial effects. This keeps the toothbrush clean, which is exactly what you want from a dental tool you put in your mouth every day.

Activated Charcoal - the other half of the bristles is impregnated with bamboo activated charcoal particles.
