Quaternium-18

Quaternium-18, also known as Quat or Dimethyldi(talg, Hydriert) Ammonium Chloride, is a chemical substance widely used primarily in the cosmetic industry. This substance has a number of properties that make it very suitable for use in cosmetic products, including the ability to act as an antistatic agent, long-lasting regulating agent, conditioning or moisturizing agent.
