You may have already noticed that the weight of soaps can vary slightly with each piece. There's no need for concern, as no one is trying to surprise you. Solid soaps are handcrafted using the cold method and are also hand-cut. Each piece is a unique original, which is why the weights may differ slightly.

Another factor that can affect the weight is the storage time. Soaps naturally lose weight over time, "maturing," and if they contain water, it may evaporate. This is due to their entirely natural character and the absence of preservatives and stabilizers. This weight loss does not affect their effectiveness; soap still contains all the essential ingredients and may even become more intense, only weighing less. On the contrary, we have found that soaps stored longer have a longer lifespan, as they wash away less and do not leach out.
