How to be healthy
As women, we often put ourselves on the back burner. Taking care of the household, children, going to work and taking care of other relatives are all more important to us than our personal well-being. But for all that you need strength, health and a balanced mind. If you don't take care of yourself, you won't be able to sustain such a commitment for long.
Take care of yourself first, only then will you be able to take care of others.

Avoid the wellness deficit
Things like bubble baths with oils and epsom salts, face masks, or expensive facials at the beautician fall under the category of self-care. But it includes much more than these treats, which we indulge in rarely and often guiltily.
It's about taking care of our physical, mental and spiritual health. It is not a luxury, but a necessity. A deficit of wellness can manifest itself in the form of meltdowns, tensions, anxieties and outbursts that, if left unaddressed, can lead to long-term depression or illness.
Because of constant hormonal changes and the need to multitask, women are constantly challenged, so it's important to take self-care seriously.
Other ways to improve your health deficit:
. - go outdoors
- smile
- do something you really enjoy
- stand up for yourself
- take a nap

Release your inner strength through breath work
. Conscious connected breathing is usually an hour-long intensive session led by a therapist and accompanied by music. In such a practice, you can access and release deep inner blockages. You may gain insights into your life that you may not have had access to before. The energetic effect then lasts much longer than just for the duration of the session.
Breathwork can release your inner power in ways you wouldn't expect. It's intense and gentle at the same time, and it's definitely liberating.

Give yourself 30 minutes of exercise every day
. A regular half-hour workout can pretty much help control all metabolic markers. Exercise that delivers oxygen and nutrients to the muscles while helping the cardiovascular system work more efficiently will give your body the boost it needs to continue working effectively.
With regular exercise, you can easily stave off a lifetime of pills to take if you develop abnormal hormone levels. Exercise not only helps with losing a few kilos, but also leads to increased oxygen levels in the brain, improved memory and concentration and reduced risk of depression.
Acting as a cognitive stimulator, it promotes creativity in a cheap and healthy way.

Learn the five-minute meditation
While you get the greatest benefits from meditation through frequent repetition, just five minutes of meditation can actually bring rapid stress reduction.
The more you practice meditation, the stronger your brain gets. Over time, you'll find that you enjoy meditation more and more, and you'll even increase the amount of time you spend meditating. Your mental stamina will strengthen and you will find that you have a greater ability to focus throughout the day.
Those who like to move may prefer walking meditation.

Building Feminine Relationships
There is nothing more liberating than connecting with your girlfriends, sisters or other close female friends. They will give you advice, provide a listening ear and boost your self-esteem. Developing strong and healthy female friendships is something that all women can benefit from.
Women have a wider repertoire of behaviors than just fight or flight. The hormone oxytocin is released in women as part of the stress response. It dampens the fight-or-flight response and encourages her to focus on her children and meet other women instead.
When a woman does engage in this nurturing or connection, her body releases more oxytocin, which further counteracts stress and produces a calming effect. In men, this response does not occur.
