ACTIVE INGREDIENTS OF WELEDA ARNICA MASSAGE OIL:

Extract of Arnica montana flowers and Betula alba leaves - supports skin metabolism, has an antimicrobial effect, sunflower and olive oil - nourish and hydrate the skin.

Usage:

Daily use: After bathing or washing, apply the oil to the palms and rub it into the still damp skin using circular motions (always towards the heart). For massage use: warm the oil in your hands and gently rub or tap it in using various massage techniques according to the body part...

Use a few drops of oil to massage muscles either before or after sports or other physical activities. Ideally, massage immediately after a shower or bath. Do not use on injured skin.
