Vitamins and minerals

Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for normal bone and cartilage function. 

Vitamin D3 helps maintain healthy bones and increases calcium absorption.

Vitamin K2 is needed for proper bone formation and blood clotting. Vitamin K2 promotes the deposition of calcium in the necessary places (prevents unwanted calcium deposition in blood vessels).

Dosage 

For best results we recommend 2 tablets daily with food and plenty of water. Each tablet has a dividing groove for ease of use.
