Compost Accelerator by Yellow&Blue contains a balanced mix of bacterial cultures combined with enzymes and nutrients to accelerate the maturation of garden compost while preserving all its nutrients and fertilizing values.

The product is non-toxic and completely harmless to the environment.

Decomposition process in the compost is initiated by so-called mesophilic bacteria, which thrive at temperatures of 20-45 °C, decomposing simple organic material. Once the temperature exceeds 45 °C, a group of thermophilic bacteria is activated, continuing the decomposition of more complex materials such as twigs or straw. This process occurs at temperatures around 50-60 °C, where the highest degree of decomposition and subsequent stabilization of organic matter takes place. Once the organic matter is consumed by the bacteria, the temperature decreases. The result is stable compost ready for use.

Usage:

To compost 3 - 5 m3, use 10 scoops (included in the package) to start the process, then five scoops once a month.

Pour the necessary amount of dry bacterial mix into lukewarm water in a ratio of five scoops to 10 liters of water, mix, and let it activate for 45 minutes. Evenly pour the activated compost accelerator into the prepared compost.

Aerate the compost and keep it moist - when you squeeze the compost in your hand, a few drops of water should come out, and when you open your hand, the material should not be crumbly.

Compost Accelerator also works at lower temperatures, down to freezing point.
