PRODUCTION:

Bio Rose Water is produced through gentle steam distillation from the buds of the rare Damask rose, which grows in the heart of the Bulgarian mountains. The collection of petals begins early in the morning when the plants produce the highest amount of essential oils, which serve as protection against low temperatures. The collected flowers are immediately transported for processing. Thanks to the short transport time, which lasts a maximum of 45 minutes, the flowers retain their natural freshness and delicate fragrance. Processing is done using double steam distillation, where 1 kg of flowers is used for 1 liter of floral water. During production, the precious rose oil is not separated but remains inside. This ensures that Bio Rose Water retains its valuable properties and achieves high quality.

Beverages:

Bio Rose Water enhances the taste of wine and champagne. Abroad, it is a key ingredient in drinks like Lassi and Bandung. It is also excellent in many types of cocktails. In summer, it stands out particularly in chilled homemade lemonade and milkshakes. For a fairy-tale-like awakening, add a few drops to coffee or tea.

Dishes:

Enjoy its unique fragrance and excellent taste particularly in pancakes, muffins, and cakes. It also pairs wonderfully with milk, pudding, and dairy desserts. You can also add it to creams to create a binding layer for cakes. It is further appreciated in marzipan, cookies, and ice cream.
