The mint is harvested early in the morning when the plants contain the highest amount of essential oils. The collected leaves are immediately transported for processing. The short transport time helps retain their freshness and typical scent. The processing is done traditionally using double steam distillation, ensuring that Bio Mint Water retains its valuable effects and typical refreshing scent.
