Chamomile Water is made from true chamomile, sourced from the Rose Valley of the Bulgarian mountains. Chamomile water has a gentle floral-honey scent that you'll instantly fall in love with. You'll appreciate it in drinks and sweet recipes. It is suitable for both hot and cold dishes.

PRODUCTION: Bio Chamomile Water is produced through gentle steam distillation from true chamomile, which grows in the heart of the Bulgarian mountains. The harvesting of chamomile begins in the early morning hours when the highest amount of essential oils is formed in the flower.

The collected flowers are immediately transported for processing, and 1 kg of flowers is used for 1 liter of floral water. Thanks to the short transport time, which takes a maximum of 45 minutes, the flowers maintain their natural freshness and delicate scent.

Processing is done traditionally using double steam distillation. During production, the precious chamomile oil is not separated but remains inside. Because of this, Bio Chamomile Water retains its valuable properties and high quality.

Usage:

Drinks: The gentle tones of chamomile water perfectly complement the strong taste of tea. A few drops of Chamomile Water not only add a refreshing touch to tea but also a subtle sweetness. You'll also enjoy it in cocktails and homemade lemonades.

TIP: Pour a small amount of Bio Chamomile Water into the bottom of ice cube trays, fill with filtered water, and freeze. Once ready, just place an ice cube into a glass of water or homemade lemonade and wait for it to melt.

Dishes: Bio Chamomile Water adds a pleasant flavor to oatmeal cookies. It's great for sweet breakfasts such as pancakes and crepes. You can also use it in baking whole grain cakes.
