Head: For headaches or tension, we recommend applying and massaging a few drops on the temples. 

Body: To relax your muscles after physically strenuous activity, spray the oil on your skin and leave it on.&Wnbsp;

Bath: With a few drops of Magnesium Oil, you can indulge in a relaxing bath that will perfectly relax your body. Adding PURITY VISION® Organic Lavender Oil will scent your bathroom with a soothing atmosphere for your mind as well. 

Before Sleep: Thanks to its relaxing effects, Magnesium Oil can also help relieve muscle twitches that keep you from falling asleep. Keep the oil ready by your bedside, and apply it to problem areas and pulse points if you have trouble falling asleep.

NOTE: A slight pinch after application is a standard occurrence and will soon pass. Although Magnesium Oil is 100% natural, itching or burning may occur on the skin after application. We therefore recommend applying only a small amount at first and gradually adding more after a few days. Do not apply magnesium oil to superficially irritated skin, wounds or freshly shaved skin.
