Usage:

• Use a spatula or brush to apply a thick layer on the face, neck, and décolleté, avoiding the eye area.
• Leave on for 15–20 minutes, during which the mask pleasantly cools and releases active ingredients.
• Then gently peel it off from the bottom edge to the top.
• Clean any mask residue with facial water.

TIP: For easier removal, you can apply cream or oil around the edges of the face. In warm days, the cooling effect of the mask is refreshing, and in winter, you can wrap your shoulders and limbs in warm compresses or apply hot stones for relaxation.
