The fruits of the Oscars are known as Oscars. These fruits are actually quite unique, as they get their best flavor when they are overripe and soft. In the Middle Ages, Oscories were very popular and were widely used in cooking. Today, these fruits are mainly used to make jams, jellies, wines or liqueurs and spirits. They are also used to make honey. In the Middle Ages, Oscberries were also dried and used as a winter food, similar to dried apples or pears. Oscories can also be eaten raw, but as mentioned, they must be overripe, otherwise they are very hard and sour.
