Phytol

Interestingly, Phytol can also be found in some food products, specifically in some types of tea. This is due to the fact that Phytol is found in the plants that are used to prepare these beverages. Last but not least, Phytol is also valuable in medicine, where its possible anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effect is mainly studied.
