Phyllanthus Niruri, also known by the names Chanca Piedra, Stone Crusher, or Stonebreaker, is an annual herb growing primarily in the Amazon rainforest. It is a species of plant that belongs to the goatfoot family and plays a significant role in the tradition of South American indigenous cultures, especially for its medicinal properties. Its name already suggests what its effects are aimed at - it helps in the treatment of kidney and gallstones.
As an herb, however, Phyllanthus Niruri is used for many other purposes. It is processed into many formats for easier and more enjoyable consumption.
