This chemical compound is extracted from olive oil and is considered one of the best sources of vitamin E, among other things. Products to which Olive Oil Decyl Esters are commonly added are, for example, various skin creams and oils that serve to moisturize and restore the skin. This substance is also often included in various anti-aging products, where it helps to slow down the aging process of the skin. It is also used in sunscreens and products designed to protect the skin from sunlight, where it helps to increase the sun protection factor. Outside of the cosmetics industry, it is also used in the food industry as an antioxidant or in dietary supplements where it helps increase vitamin E intake.
