Neomycin sulphate, also known by the names Framycetin, Biosol, Neloate, Nivemycin, Fradiomycin, Pimavecort, Neomas, Sofra-Tulle, Mycifradin sulphate, Neomin, Soframycin, Myacyne, Neomycin undecylenate, Vonamycin Powder V, Mycifradin, Neomixr 325, Neomixr AG 325, is a broad-spectrum antibiotic that belongs to the aminoglycoside group. It was first obtained in 1949 and has been widely used in medicine since then. Like all antibiotics in this group, neomycin sulfate is bactericidal, which means that it acts directly on bacteria by destroying their cell wall and thus killing them.

Products containing neomycin sulfate are widely used in many different areas of medicine. It is most commonly found in medicines used to treat skin infections, such as ointments, creams and skin fluids. Soframycin, Biosol and Pimavecort are some of these products. Neomycin sulfate is also an important ingredient in some eye drops and ointments such as Nivemycin. Another use of this antibiotic is in pharmaceuticals designed to treat intestinal infections, including products such as Neomixr 325 and Neomixr AG 325.
