HC Yellow no 2

HC Yellow no 2 is a basic colour substance which is also listed in the EU public register of substances under the names White Fir, Abies, Abies picea, Pinus abies Du Roi, Abies vulgaris Poiret. It was originally extracted from white fir (or so the name suggests), but is more likely to be synthesised in the laboratory.
