Ethyl Lauroyl Arginate HCl

Ethyl lauroyl arginate HCl, also referred to as E239, is a preservative that can be found in a wide range of food products. It is a salt derived from lauric acid, ethyl and arginine, which has excellent antimicrobial properties. It is widely used in the food industry to prevent the growth of harmful bacteria, yeasts and moulds that can spoil or contaminate food. It is an approved additive of the European Union.
