Liquid Sunscreen Lotion in BIO Quality protects the face and body from UVA and UVB rays with natural mineral filters and is perfect for the first sunny days and for lighter skin care. It scents the body with a gentle summer coconut fragrance, spreads easily thanks to its perfectly tuned consistency, and doesn't leave white marks on the skin. Carrot and walnut extracts support a beautiful bronze tan.

Coconut, almond, and bisabolol nourish and soothe the skin, while vitamin E and grape seeds support skin protection and help prevent premature aging. The sunscreen lotion is also water-resistant.

Sunscreen Lotion contains nourishing ingredients such as almond oil, vitamin E, and grape extract to protect the skin from oxidative stress and aging. The skin remains soft and hydrated.

This sunscreen lotion is suitable for children; however, for the most sensitive skin, we recommend a cream with a higher SPF 50, which is also fragrance-free and dermatologically tested for sensitive skin.

Most sunscreens you find on supermarket and pharmacy shelves contain substances that are not very beneficial for your skin. You may encounter parabens (preservatives), often aluminum, artificial fragrances (which often cause allergies), and chemical filters (such as oxybenzone, benzophenone, oxyphenone, and others).

It is important to be cautious of these chemical filters because some only protect against UVB rays and insufficiently against UVA rays (for example, octinoxate, octisalate, cinoxate, aminobenzoic acid, amiloxate, and enzacamene). Always read the packaging to ensure the cream protects against both types of radiation.

For better spreading, manufacturers have decided to reduce filter particles from micro to nano. Unfortunately, nanoparticles are so small (less than 0.1 nm) that they can penetrate the skin and cause problems in the body. Oxybenzone, found in some creams as a chemical UV filter, can penetrate the skin with up to one-third of its content. Additionally, chemical filters produce free radicals that can damage cells and disrupt hormonal balance.

It should also be noted that common sunscreens are harmful to the aquatic environment. Oxybenzone enters the water from showering and washing clothes that contain this substance (such as swimwear or sun-protective clothing). Up to 20% of oxybenzone can remain in treated drinking water because wastewater treatment plants cannot completely remove this substance. This negatively impacts the marine ecosystem, such as extensive coral deaths, leading to reef bleaching. Therefore, it is advisable to limit these substances and consider their alternatives.

Usage:

Shake the bottle thoroughly before use.

Apply the lotion evenly on clean and dry skin before sun exposure.

The amount of lotion used affects the level of protection (less lotion = weaker protection).

Reapply several times during the day, especially after swimming.

Avoid direct sunlight between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. and carefully protect infants and children from sun exposure.
