How we take care of our body from the inside cannot be influenced by cosmetics. If we do it well, the skin works properly due to its self-cleaning ability, and we realistically only need a minimum of cosmetic products to cleanse the body, the skin produces less sebum, and is not dry and dehydrated.

In dealing with these problems, appropriate cosmetics are indeed the right help, but we have to do most of the work ourselves. And skin care packages are ideal for getting the right habits.

This package is designed specifically for the needs of problematic skin (up to about 30 years of age) that is more oily, shiny, has enlarged pores or acne. However, it should also be taken into account whether excessive sebum production is caused by aggressive skin care that unnecessarily dries the skin and then the skin is only protected by excessive sebum production. In that case, a different type of skincare should be chosen.

Since one-off product samples are not enough to see if a new skincare routine suits you, we have created product test packs for comprehensive basic skincare that you can test over a few weeks.

This pack replaces product samples as skincare needs to be comprehensive and include all 3 basic steps - cleansing, toning and moisturising. It doesn't just involve using creams as many people mistakenly believe. Thus, from one sample of a cream you have no chance to know if it is suitable and will help with skin problems if the previous care was not sufficient (e.g. missing a step of cleansing) or aggressive (disrupting the protective film of the skin - soaps, micellar waters...).

Samples are mainly used to test the initial reaction of the skin, the smell or consistency of the product and the application. It is certainly not possible to know after the first use whether the product suits your skin, whether it can improve its quality or solve and improve deficiencies.

To assess the right skin care, at least 3-4 weeks of testing of a product, ideally a complex product line, are needed so that the individual products complement each other with their active ingredients and act synergistically (i.e. multiply and support their effects) - only then can the first results of the new care be seen. Therefore, this package is suitable for testing and setting up a comprehensive and systematic care.

I'm sure you're also wondering, how long the package lasts. The dispensers squeeze out 0.2 ml of product per "pump"

For a 30 ml product (cleansing oil and lotion), with 3 squeezes morning and night - about 20 - 25 days of use.

For creams, 1-2 squeezes are enough - at 15 ml, this is about 30-35 days for the day cream and 30-35 days for the night cream.

This is the ideal time to test.

The first visible differences in skin quality tend to be noticeable after about 3-4 weeks of regular use. As everyone has a different skin type or different external and internal problems, this may become apparent sooner or later.

However, miracles are not to be expected in such a short period of time and certainly not an overall improvement, especially when it comes to internal problems (this is especially true in relation to the formation of acne, eczema or subcutaneous hormonal rashes, which the right beauty products help to alleviate and treat, but do not address the actual cause).

Once you learn the basics of proper skin care, and know your skin's reactions, then you can gradually add, subtract or switch products to find the right path to the beautiful, healthy skin you desire.
