How does Ecoegg Laundry Egg work?

Two types of mineral pellets can create a thick, natural laundry foam that gently, gently but effectively removes dirt and grime.

Tourmaline ceramic pellets loosen dirt from the fibers of fabrics. The white mineral pellets ionize the oxygen molecules in water, changing its pH. These modified molecules penetrate deep into the fabric fibre and thoroughly remove proteins and fats - the two main components of dirt. The mechanical movement of the washing egg in the drum during the washing cycle helps to mechanically remove the loosened dirt without damaging the linen.

The ionised oxygen molecules make the water alkaline during washing without the use of chemicals. This helps to soften the laundry naturally. Alkaline water can actively and effectively remove dirt and grime from laundry even at low temperatures.

The Fresh Cotton Fragrance is a combination of patchouli oil complemented by iris flower oil and encapsulated with essential oils of vanilla and vegetable musk. A very popular and delicate fragrance for your linens.

Environmentally friendly and easy on your wallet

The Ecoegg Washing Egg removes common soils at low temperatures thanks to its unique formula. So you can wash regular clothes at 30-40 oC. It is not necessary to wash them at 60 oC. This saves energy, time and money every time you wash.

The washing egg is not suitable for washing at 90 oC.

The active natural foam created by the pellets is quickly and easily removed from the laundry. This means that you do not need additional soaking of the laundry. If your washing machine has an option to adjust the amount of water for soaking, you will use much less water than with normal washing. This saves both nature and money.
