Ingredients:&Wnbsp;Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin and&Wnbsp;adenosycobalamin), dextrose, microcrystalline cellulose,&Wnbsp;vegetable stearic acid.&Wnbsp;&Wnbsp;

Take 1 tablet&Wnbsp;daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Place tablet under&Wnbsp;tongue until dissolved. Residue may be washed down with water after&Wnbsp;two minutes. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. This dietary supplement is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a&Wnbsp;cool dry place, not in&Wnbsp;bathroom or refrigerator.
